PlasmidFactory’s services & analysis portfolio adds precision, security, and flexibility to your plasmid and Minicircle projects—supporting you from quality control to downstream manufacturing.
Our CGE Service enables capillary gel electrophoresis–based quantification of plasmid topology, providing reliable assessment of topology profiles and sample homogeneity.
For regulated and long-term projects, the Storage Service offers GMP-compliant storage of your DNA in our facility under strictly controlled conditions.
We also provide Linearised plasmid and Minicircle DNA as high-quality starting material for mRNA production. MIDGE® thereby is a minimal, linear DNA vector with hairpin ends containing only the expression cassette.
Our Cloning Services support construct optimization, including replacement of antibiotic resistance gene cassettes.
For instability-prone sequences, proprietary ITRPROTECT® / ITRRESCUE® preserves sensitive AAV ITRs, while POLYARESCUE® stabilizes long polyA stretches—ensuring critical genetic elements remain intact and functional.
