PlasmidFactory’s proprietary POLYARESCUE® technology enables the reliable amplification and maintenance of plasmid DNA containing long poly(A) stretches and thus overcoming one of the key bottlenecks in mRNA template manufacturing.
By combining an optimized fermentation process with Sanger sequencing and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), POLYARESCUE® ensures accurate sequencing, precise quantification, and preservation of intact long poly(A) regions — delivering superior DNA templates for efficient and reproducible mRNA production.
For projects that do not yet have a suitable IVT template, PlasmidFactory also offers a universal, scarless poly(A) template plasmid together with a cloning service for customer-specific sequences. The platform combines the customer’s expression cassette with the plasmid-encoded poly(A) region and a linearization sequence.
